We got to go to my cousin Matthews house for Christmas Eve! And yes, I know that my Tony Romo shirt is just like Jessica Simpsons- even my uncle pointed it out! It was one of my presents that I got from Sam & Kirt- of course Kirt had no idea that Jessica Simpson had the shirt until he checked out at Academy!

Sam LOVED his walkie talkies- in fact he told Brooke to take the other one home and set it on her dresser so he could talk to her anytime he wants. The entire way home he kept saying "Brooke are you there?" until he concluded that she must have her walkie talkie turned off.

Last day before Christmas Break

Sam had a "camp out" with Daddy in the living room! It was great until he started screaming at 4 in the morning- then he wanted Mommy to join them too! I told him I was going to get my socks and then about 5:00 he came upstairs and asked why I never came back down- he said he was waiting on me as I was so cozy in my bed all by myself!

Sam got golf clubs- so he wanted Mommy to teach him to play so he could go play with Daddy sometime! He was so excited! Note- Mommy has never played golf- only hit a few balls at the driving range- so he didn't learn a whole lot but he had fun!

Emerson got bored with watching an had to take a rest with her feet up!

We have had a long few weeks- hopefully we are making a turnaround. Just to give you a quick look at our December!

1. Sam's birthday

2. My camera got stolen/lost at Six Flaggs

3. Our computer crashed (still not working I am using Kirts), I do not have access to my addresses or recipes or pictures at the moment~ hence, no Christmas cards yet!

4. Emerson got very sick and had to go to the ER- she had a temperature of 104

5. Emerson got tubes in her ears before she got sick.

6. My dad broke his arm- had to have surgery

7. Emerson got sick again- now she is on antibiotics for a sinus infection

8. Kirt has pink eye

9. Oh and my Aunt fell and broke her ankle, knee, & shoulder- she will be in a nursing home flat on her back for 3 months!

Things are really turning around now that Emer is on antibiotics & I got a new camera! On the bright side we are almost done with our Christmas shopping
