We spent Kirt's birthday at the lakehouse. It was a short trip (24hours) but we relaxed and had fun!
Emerson was "driving" the boat- it took the kids a while to get back on the boat- this was the first time we have been to the lake since our boating accident on July 4th- we didn't know how they would react but Sam decided to get on the boat so Emerson wouldn't be scared. She sat out the first boat ride but Uncle Joe told her she could drive and honk the horn so she went very willingly!

We enjoyed spending time with Kim & Joe
Caroline loves to sing "Happy to dooo" Happy to dooo" her version of happy birthday!
Emerson took her job as the worm holder very seriously- she definetly does not princess fish like her mommy
We love walking along the roads- it was a perfect morning walk!
